About The Position
Prime Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable Concierge to serve an HOA community. The ideal candidate has a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. Open availability is required for morning, swing, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Schedules may change weekly based on community needs, and the candidate must be available to start immediately.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and professional, courteous demeanor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Visible tattoos are not permitted; tattoos must remain fully covered while working.
- Facial piercings may not be worn while on duty.
- Open availability for morning, swing, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to start immediately.
Nice To Haves
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and vendors professionally.
- Answer calls and assist with resident inquiries and requests.
- Follow community visitor check-in and access procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and communicate updates between shifts.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Report concerns and maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
