About The Position

The HIL - Cooler Loadout position is responsible for efficiently and accurately loading and dispatching cooler products to meet customer demand and support supply chain integrity. The role involves verifying product quality, quantities, and shipment documentation before dispatch. The successful candidate works with warehouse, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize loadout processes and maintain safety standards. This position supports production schedules, timely and accurate deliveries, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the cooler loadout function.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to reliably work the second-shift schedule.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy products safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience handling cooler or refrigerated products.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse equipment.
• Experience with inventory tracking software or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cooler and warehouse environments.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load cooler products onto delivery vehicles according to production schedules and customer orders.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of loadout activities, including product counts, batch numbers, and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize loading sequences and vehicle utilization.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment during loadout operations.
