About The Position

The Cooler Loadout Worker transfers, handles, packages, labels, and records finished products and other materials. The role monitors products and equipment for irregularities, reports issues to a supervisor, and maintains a clean and organized work area, including completing assigned sanitation tasks. Work may take place in cold, damp environments and involves sustained physical activity.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products.
• Ability to accurately record data.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company, according to location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transfer finished products manually or using material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and move ingredients or products as assigned.
• Sort, bundle, and package items or assemble product units.
• Label product loads and ensure proper identification.
• Record stock movement in and out of designated work areas.
• Monitor materials, products, and equipment throughout the process and report irregularities to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned sanitation tasks.
