About The Position

The Load Out Operator uses PLC computer touchscreens to load outbound trucks with finished product and is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of material for processing. The role operates yard and plant equipment, washes equipment and processing areas as needed, and performs general cleaning to maintain a clean, safe work area. The operator reviews qualitative data reports to verify that product meets Company specifications. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to drive a truck with standard transmission.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Professional CDL preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to review and comprehend qualitative data reports to verify that product meets specifications.
• Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations.

Responsibilities

• Use PLC computer touchscreens to load outbound trucks with finished product.
• Ensure a steady flow of material for processing.
• Operate yard and plant equipment to load materials.
• Wash plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using a high-pressure power washer.
• Perform general cleaning in work areas as needed.
• Keep the area clean and raw materials out of driving areas.
• Maintain safety as a top priority in accordance with company safety rules and regulations.
• Review and evaluate qualitative data reports to verify that product meets Company specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
