About The Position

The Cooler Loadout Worker transfers finished products manually or with material-handling equipment and loads, unloads, stacks, and moves ingredients or products as assigned. The role also includes sorting, bundling, and packaging items or assembling product units; labeling loads; recording stock movement; monitoring materials, products, and equipment and reporting irregularities; and maintaining a clean, organized work area while completing assigned sanitation tasks. The work involves physical activity and extended periods in cold, damp environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products.
• Ability to accurately record data.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Must maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company, per location requirements.
• Routinely lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Frequently pull loads up to 270 lbs using a pull rod while walking in reverse.
• Perform frequent lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, and kneeling.
• Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Work for extended periods in cold, damp environments.
• Maintain constant mental focus and situational awareness to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
