About The Position
Complete light maintenance functions to ensure customers experience a clean, friendly, and maintained facility at high-flow diesel Sheetz store locations. The role includes maintaining fuel-station equipment and supplies, keeping outdoor and interior store environments clean and presentable, and resolving simple maintenance issues. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the entire exterior of fuel dispensing units.
- Respond to fuel spills using proper spill materials and disposal methods.
- Restock supplies at fueling areas.
- Complete minor equipment calibration and repairs.
- Operate equipment centralized to high-flow diesel locations.
- Maintain clean vehicle parking spaces, extended parking areas, curbing, dumpster areas, and store grounds.
- Perform snow removal, including shoveling and applying de-icer as necessary.
- Collect trash and maintain receptacles.
- Inspect exterior services for proper working order and appearance.
- Complete interior cleaning tasks, including restroom cleaning and stocking, trash collection, and receptacle maintenance.
- Support stocking retail items on the sales floor and in cooler vaults as needed.
- Resolve simple interior maintenance issues, such as cleaning equipment filters and changing light bulbs.
