About The Position

The Deep Cleaning Attendant at Mountainloft, a Hilton Vacation Club in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, performs detailed deep cleaning of guest villas, suites, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to meet resort cleanliness standards. The role includes completing assigned projects on schedule, supporting preventive maintenance by promptly reporting findings, following safe chemical-handling and sanitation practices, and working with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Resort Operations teams. The attendant also completes required company training and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and walk; lift up to 50 pounds; and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work an eight-hour shift while walking or standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Anticipates customer needs and considers how work affects customers.
• Builds confidence in self and others through honest and dependable interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of guest villas, suites, and common areas according to established schedules.
• Meet resort cleanliness standards and complete assigned deep-cleaning projects on schedule.
• Move and clean behind furniture, appliances, beds, sofas, and cabinetry.
• Clean walls, baseboards, door frames, trim, vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and window tracks.
• Deep-clean kitchens and bathrooms.
• Deep-clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, fitness centers, and recreational facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage rooms, housekeeping closets, and back-of-house areas.
• Support preventive maintenance and promptly report findings through established procedures.
• Complete assigned company training and compliance courses and follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle chemicals safely and use required personal protective equipment.
• Work effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Resort Operations teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members and follow infection-prevention and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
