About The Position

SPIROL is hiring a Heat Treater to join its team in Danielson, Connecticut. The role is responsible for heat treating assigned products to meet quality standards while focusing on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters also perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks and operate equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements. The anticipated pay range is $19.50–$23.25 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations. Eligible shifts receive a shift differential in accordance with company policy. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
