About The Position

We are looking for talented Heat Treat Operators to join our 2nd Shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. This role involves operating machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring safety, reporting incidents, maintaining compliance with HSE standards, using appropriate PPE, promoting team safety, demonstrating environmental awareness, performing quality control, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities
