About The Position

Miracle-Ear is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to lead customers through their hearing-care journey. The role administers comprehensive hearing evaluations and provides personalized consultations, fittings, demonstrations, and after-care services. Reporting to the Area Manager, the specialist supports office revenue and community engagement through clinical excellence and customer service. The position follows standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000, including base salary and uncapped commission.

Requirements

• Active licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
• At least 1 year of training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
• Current knowledge of hearing-aid devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers about the effects of hearing loss.
• Guide customers through hearing-device fittings and demonstrations and explain the importance of hearing health.
• Provide quality after-care and personalized consultations tailored to customers’ needs and lifestyles.
• Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to individual and office revenue goals.
• Partner with the Front Office Associate on customer experience, schedule management, and store operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect information in compliance with applicable protected healthcare data regulations.
• Support marketing initiatives and manage special events to promote hearing health awareness in the local community.
• Keep current on industry trends and maintain professional credentials through continuing education.
