About The Position

A growing Beltone hearing care practice in Madison, Mississippi, is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to expand its local market share. The role focuses on consultative selling, relationship building, and helping patients find hearing solutions. Training is provided, along with assistance obtaining a Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates and audiologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Compensation includes a base salary of $25,000–$28,000 for entry-level or non-licensed candidates, or $30,000–$38,000 for candidates with proven sales experience or a license. The position also offers tiered commission up to 12% and monthly growth bonuses. Top performers may earn $90,000–$120,000 or more annually. Group health insurance and a 401(k) are offered. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with most weekends and holidays off.

Requirements

Proven sales success; consultative or high-ticket sales experience is preferred.
