About The Position
A growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, Mississippi, is hiring a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to expand its local market share. The role focuses on consultative selling, building relationships, and helping patients find personalized hearing solutions. The practice provides training and assistance with obtaining a Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates and audiologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Compensation includes a base salary of $25,000–$28,000 for entry-level or non-licensed candidates, or $30,000–$38,000 for candidates with proven sales experience or a license. Tiered commission can reach 12%, with monthly growth bonuses. The posting states that top performers earn $90,000–$120,000 or more annually. Group health insurance and a 401(k) are offered. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with most weekends and holidays off.
Requirements
- Proven sales success; consultative or high-ticket sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
