About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own HealthTech startups. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The opportunity includes either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Founders receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, support with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. They also receive intensive coaching and funding support aimed at helping secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months. The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as HealthTech.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support through EWOR's professional network.
• Develop the startup toward funding readiness and pursue a multi-million-euro funding round.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
