About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as logistics. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. They can receive a salary while building their startup as a direct EWOR employee or opt for up to €500k in funding.

EWOR offers weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals, and help with reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. The candidate will follow a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions, and get funding support toward a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
