About The Position
Healthcare Security personnel help maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for the client site concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role involves frequent interaction with client employees and guests, customer service, property tours, and use of technology devices throughout the shift. The position is full-time and based in Missoula, Montana, with an overnight schedule Sunday through Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM, at $21.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Above-average computer and technology skills.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
- Professional demeanor.
- Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities
- Actively monitor premises, including access control and patrols of various locations.
- Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for the client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
- Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
- Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
- Use technology devices throughout the shift.
- Conduct tours of the property.
- Carry out other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.
- Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
