About The Position

The Healthcare Security professional helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling locations. The role preserves order and enforces site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the area. It is a full-time overnight position in Missoula, Montana, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, paying $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Professional demeanor.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activity.
Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.
Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
Use technology devices throughout the shift.
Conduct tours of the property.
Carry out other tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required at the assigned site.
Respond to emergencies using rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
