About The Position
Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking experienced healthcare recruiters to recruit physicians and other healthcare professionals nationwide. The recruiter will manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through placement, build an independent candidate pipeline, and grow their income by recruiting on active searches. This is a 100% remote, 1099 independent contractor role paid by commission only, with a flexible schedule and the freedom to work independently.
Requirements
- Healthcare recruiting experience; physician recruiting experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Must be based in the U.S.
