About The Position
Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking experienced healthcare recruiters to recruit physicians and other healthcare professionals for nationwide openings. The role offers the opportunity to build an independent recruiting desk, develop a candidate pipeline, and manage recruiting searches from sourcing through placement. The company has active physician, advanced practice provider (APP), travel nursing, and medical sales openings. This is a 1099 independent contractor position compensated by commission only.
Requirements
- Healthcare recruiting experience; physician recruiting experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Must be based in the United States.
