About The Position

The Health Services Scheduler manages staff schedules, payroll, and productivity reports at Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. The role coordinates schedule changes to meet immediate staffing needs, implements procedures for contingent employees, submits accurate pay-end reports, communicates with staff and applicants about staffing and payroll issues, and helps maintain open-position reports. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is up to $31 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of secretarial or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with computers, HRIS systems such as Kronos, Workday, or UKG, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reorganize schedules to address immediate staffing needs.
• Organize and implement a new procedure for contingent employees.
• Send all pay-end reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with current staff and applicants by telephone, written correspondence, email, and/or oral communication regarding staffing and payroll issues.
• Create daily and monthly reports on staffing productivity.
• Assist in maintaining open-position reports.
