About The Position

The Health Coach educates and communicates with Electronic Caregiver clients and communicates with patients about their needs, issues, and concerns. The role assesses patients’ lifestyles, addresses health concerns, and works with patients to make behavioral, nutritional, and other changes that promote better health and wellness. The Health Coach is expected to create positive interactions and be patient and polite. Work is performed under the immediate supervision of a supervisor or other administrative superior. The employee is expected to exercise good judgment and discretion within established procedures, including HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Proficient typing skills.
