About The Position

Paul Davis is hiring a Mitigation Technician to help restore properties after disasters, including floods and fires. Technicians are among the first on site and lead mitigation work to restore affected properties, serving customers with empathy, urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service. The role includes working under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager and supporting other team members as needed. Compensation is $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning and reinstallation according to Paul Davis and industry specifications, under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Provide excellent customer service.
Keep the truck clean, properly stocked, and organized, and maintain company equipment.
Remain accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Assist other team members when opportunities arise and act as a team leader when needed.
