About The Position

A Mitigation Technician serves community members whose properties have been damaged by disasters such as floods and fires. Technicians are often first on site and lead mitigation efforts to restore properties, providing empathetic, timely customer service while completing work to company and industry specifications. The role involves working with a team, taking pride in high-quality work, and communicating through modern technology. Requirements

Be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
Be able to lift 75 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning and reinstallation according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Provide excellent customer service to customers dealing with property damage and traumatic events.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Assist other team members as opportunities arise and act as a leader for the team when needed.
