About The Position

Hadrian is hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale its EMEA sales organisation and accelerate the company’s growth in cybersecurity. The role focuses on building, developing, and empowering a high-performing team while establishing the structure, processes, and culture needed for consistent results. The Head of Sales will also stay close to customers and strategic opportunities, supporting complex enterprise deals and contributing hands-on where appropriate. Working closely with the CRO and cross-functional teams, this leader will shape and execute regional sales strategy, identify opportunities, and prepare the commercial organisation for Hadrian’s next phase of growth. Hadrian builds autonomous offensive cybersecurity products: Atlas maps an organisation’s external attack surface and validates exploitable exposures, while Nova uses AI agents for on-demand penetration testing.

  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution and turn goals into practical plans.
  • Ability to build cross-departmental relationships and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
