Head of Product

Revalia Bio•New Haven, CT

About The Position

Revalia Bio is hiring its first Head of Product to own the product vision and roadmap across the Human Data Trial lifecycle, from organ offer to partner insight. This hands-on role sets direction with the CEO, defines requirements, shapes design, works closely with engineering to ship products, and mentors junior team members. The position reports to the CEO. New Haven, CT or Indianapolis, IN is preferred; remote work is considered with roughly 25% travel. The Head of Product owns product areas spanning organ acceptance and recovery, including evaluating OPO offers, matching organs to studies, and capturing donor data; perfusion software for running, monitoring, and recording multi-day ex vivo perfusions; study design that turns bespoke studies into standardized, configurable offerings; lab and data-generation pipelines for samples, assays, and imaging; and data and insight delivery through reports, partner portals, and future data sets and models. The role connects current perfusion studies with future data and AI products. It translates customer, scientific, and operational needs into requirements, leads discovery and design with users, and collaborates daily with engineering on planning, development, backlog ownership, and release decisions. It also defines data capture and quality controls, aligns internal and external stakeholders, and establishes lightweight product processes that can scale. Expected base salary is USD 190,000 to 240,000, plus meaningful equity and bonus. Competitive benefits—including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and a wellness stipend—are available from day one. Revalia Bio emphasizes collaboration, trust, adaptability, and grit, and describes its commitment to an equitable, inclusive workplace and equal opportunity employment.
