Head of Product

Verda•Palo Alto, CA
•$200,000 - $300,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Head of Product owns product direction and priorities for Verda’s cloud platform, including its console, APIs, SDKs and CLI, identity and access, billing, and shared product capabilities. The role translates company strategy into measurable outcomes and team roadmaps, decides which opportunities to pursue, and works with engineering leaders to align priorities and sequencing while engineering retains ownership of technical direction. The Head of Product stays close to customers and the market, using customer conversations, usage data, support feedback, and competitive research to guide product decisions. The role evaluates target users, demand, differentiation, pricing, packaging, and opportunity economics; leads and grows the product team; and partners with Design, Data Analytics, Sales, Customer Support, Product Marketing, engineering, and senior leadership. The position also guides product work through delivery and launch, improves the end-to-end customer journey for people and agents, and uses adoption, retention, usage, and revenue to assess results. The successful candidate will use AI tools and agentic workflows to strengthen research, analysis, prototyping, and communication. The role is hybrid in San Francisco or remote, with relocation support available for Helsinki or London.
