•$190,000 - $240,000

About The Position

Revalia Bio is hiring its first Head of Product to own product vision and roadmap across the Human Data Trial lifecycle, from organ offer to partner insight. This hands-on role sets direction with the CEO, defines requirements, shapes design, works daily with engineering to ship products, and mentors junior team members. The position reports to the CEO. New Haven, Connecticut, or Indianapolis, Indiana, is preferred; remote work is considered with roughly 25% travel. The Head of Product will oversee organ acceptance and recovery, perfusion software, study design, lab and data generation, and data and insight delivery. This includes evaluating OPO offers and matching organs to studies; supporting multi-day ex vivo perfusions; turning bespoke studies into standardized, configurable offerings; enabling clean, traceable sample, assay, and imaging pipelines; and delivering reports, partner portals, and future data sets and models. The role connects current perfusion studies to future data and AI products, translates customer, scientific, and operational needs into requirements and acceptance criteria, leads user discovery and design, and partners with engineering on planning, delivery, backlog ownership, and release decisions. It also defines data capture and quality controls, aligns internal and external stakeholders, and establishes lightweight product processes that can scale. The expected base salary is USD 190,000 to 240,000, plus meaningful equity and bonus. Competitive benefits are provided from day one.
