About The Position

Zenity is seeking a Head of Product & Partner Marketing to define and lead the company's category leadership in AI Agent Security. This US-based role, operating on Eastern Time Zone hours, will be responsible for scaling category leadership across product positioning, direct sales and partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market education, and industry influence. The position sits at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, Field, and Research, with the primary goal of translating technical innovation into market impact and driving a clear, differentiated narrative across all ecosystem touchpoints. Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security, establishing the security framework for AI agents at enterprise scale. The company has secured over $55M in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, and is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally. Requirements

  • Senior cybersecurity marketing executive with deep experience marketing highly technical enterprise security platforms.
  • Proven track record building or scaling emerging security categories at increasing velocity.
  • Strong experience leading Product Marketing at high-growth and growth-stage companies.
  • Exceptional storyteller capable of translating complex innovation into enterprise narratives.
  • Commercially sharp and deeply strategic, understands how positioning influences pipeline, enterprise adoption, ecosystem growth, and long-term category leadership.
  • Strong operator and leader who builds alignment and influence across executive, technical, product, and GTM teams.
  • Thrives in chaotic environments - the AI Security market is evolving at unprecedented pace and requires continuous adaptation and very fast iteration cycles.
  • Strong executive presence across customer, partner, analyst, and technical engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Help crystalize and evolve category narrative, positioning, messaging strategy as market develops.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value and outcome driven customer and partner messaging.
  • Ensure consistency across product marketing, campaigns, field messaging, partner motions, analyst engagement.
  • Help establish strategic competitive positioning and market differentiation.
  • Lead enterprise product positioning, launches, and cross-functional GTM execution.
  • Partner closely with Product to provide insights on market direction and trends.
  • Equip teams with messaging, enablement content, competitive intelligence, and field assets.
  • Support pipeline growth and enterprise adoption through strong positioning & GTM execution.
  • Drive partners positioning, joint GTM strategy across strategic tech & global service integrations and channel partners.
  • Develop joint GTM motions that extend market reach and category influence.
  • Ensure partners can articulate the value of Agent Security and Zenity’s differentiated approach.
  • Partner with Zenity Labs + SMEs to amplify research, technical insights, education initiatives.
  • Help translate research into market-facing narratives, thought leadership, customer education.
  • Partner with Zenity Security and Policy advocacy team to support activities with key industry standards communities including OWASP, MITRE, NIST, and CSA.
