About The Position

Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, venture-backed technology startup developing AI-powered data engineering solutions for enterprise customers. The Head of Product Marketing will build and lead the marketing function, shape product positioning, support enterprise sales, and drive growth for an AI platform serving data-intensive and regulated industries. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic planning and direct execution, including practical use of AI tools to improve marketing workflows. The position is full-time. Candidates in the New York tri-state area will work in a hybrid arrangement and attend the office several days per week. U.S.-based remote candidates outside the area must be able to travel to New York City one to two times per month. Annual salary is $190,000–$220,000. No equity or commission-based compensation is specified.

Requirements

At least 6 years of B2B technology product marketing experience.
Experience marketing technical enterprise products in AI, data infrastructure, data engineering, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on as a primary marketing leader in a lean organization.
Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product launches.
Experience creating technical marketing content and sales enablement materials for enterprise buyers.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and execution.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work hybrid in the New York tri-state area or remotely within the U.S., with travel to New York City one to two times per month.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Nice To Haves

Experience at an early-stage startup or in a rapidly growing technology company.
Background in enterprise AI, data engineering, cloud platforms, or data infrastructure.
Experience serving regulated industries, particularly financial services.
Familiarity with platforms and ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or similar technologies.
Experience with Salesforce and AI tools such as Claude.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
Samples of previous product marketing work, especially for AI or enterprise technology products.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the marketing function, establishing priorities, processes, and scalable marketing programs.
Develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise AI and data engineering solutions.
Lead product launches, competitive research, customer insights, and use-case development.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and demo narratives.
Lead content marketing, website messaging, thought leadership, case studies, and customer success stories.
Develop demand generation programs across email, webinars, events, partnerships, content, and selected paid channels.
Build AI-powered marketing workflows for research, content development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Manage marketing budgets, tools, external partners, and performance metrics.
Develop and expand the marketing team as the company grows.
