Head of Product Marketing

Butlr is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Product Marketing to lead the GTM strategy and all aspects of product marketing. Reporting directly to the President, this role will collaborate with various teams to set positioning and messaging, execute product launches, develop sales enablement content, and drive feature engagement through marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product marketing best practices, possess excellent project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Own all aspects of product marketing and work cross functionally to develop, coordinate and execute product launches
• Identify insight-driven product opportunities and conduct thorough research to continuously iterate on our product positioning, value propositions, and messaging
• Create and deliver compelling product and solution-related content including unique value propositions and use cases, features/benefits and competitive differentiation for collateral, white papers, sales tools, web, social, lead generation programs, etc
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop our product pricing strategy for go-to-market
• Create content for our website, sales collateral, and more
• Produce and present compelling presentations at various events and webinars
• Foster customer relationships to develop references and case studies

• 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, Prop-Tech or IOT environments
• Understand product marketing best practices and processes including the ability to think through GTM strategy, pick top priorities and projects, etc.
• Experience in working collaboratively with functional teams and deploying/allocating the appropriate resources to enable and support our customers and partners
• Ability to actively manage multiple projects and priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
