Head of Product Design

We are seeking a Head of Product Design to lead our team in designing the best experience for fans, venues, and artists across our apps and websites. As part of our company that is redefining live entertainment, you will have the opportunity to influence the culture and make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and leading scaled product design teams, with a focus on company scaling and a passion for achieving a big ambitious vision. You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary design team, evolving the design process and systems, and collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to develop the long-term product strategy and create an ambitious product culture.

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team across digital products
• Hire and coach product designers, design managers, content designers, and user experience researchers
• Evolve design process and systems to deliver exceptional quality solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to develop long term product strategy and ambitious vision for product culture
• Foster a culture of design thinking across the company
• Manage and create an environment for designers to flourish and do their best work
• Partner with Growth Lead for initiatives enabling short and long term growth
• Manage a high performing scaled Design team with a strong mobile DNA
