Head of Performance Video

Rho Nutrition•Miami, FL

About The Position

Rho Nutrition is hiring a Head of Performance Video to lead its video editing department while remaining hands-on as an editor. The role manages and develops video editors, owns the quality and delivery of their work, and personally edits priority performance ads. Reporting to the VP of Creative and Growth and working directly with the founder, the role turns creative briefs and direction into effective advertising and contributes to creative strategy discussions. Performance results inform editorial decisions so the intended audience, message, and testing objective are reflected in each edit. The role oversees the editing pipeline from brief and footage review through revisions, quality checks, and final delivery. It sets team expectations and repeatable editorial and project standards; coordinates with Creative Strategy, Production, Partnerships, Creative Operations, Design, science, compliance, partner teams, and Paid Media; and ensures assets meet channel specifications and approved-claims and usage requirements. The Head of Performance Video also reviews advertising results and helps translate learnings into purposeful iterations. Rho Nutrition operates across Shopify DTC, Amazon, and national retail. The company describes its mission as advancing evidence-based wellness through transparent, effective, medically studied supplement formulations.
