The Head of Paid Media is responsible for owning and scaling all paid media at Power Digital. This role has full accountability for paid media strategy, performance, talent, and profitability across all channels, verticals, and clients. This leader owns hundreds of millions in managed media, the performance outcomes tied to that spend, and the capability development of our media buying teams. They are accountable not just for results, but for building a best in class paid media organization that compounds growth for our clients and the company. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, commercial rigor, operational discipline, and people leadership.
