The Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining how Somethings presents itself to health insurance plans, state partners, and in the broader cultural discourse on teen mental health. This senior role involves setting the brand's narrative and personality across various marketing channels, including content, conferences, performance marketing, and commercial marketing. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional B2B marketer capable of building a compelling brand while simultaneously running a measurable demand generation engine. A key aspect of the role is making Somethings relevant to health plans through strategic channel selection and earned attention, as well as establishing it as the most culturally relevant brand in youth mental health and a trusted resource for teens nationwide.
