About The Position

Brands come to us because they want partnerships to become a predictable revenue channel, not a checkbox channel that sits in the corner. We deliver outcomes. Our product, sales and operations are now in place. Now we are looking for the person who will build and scale the marketing engine that drives our next stage of growth. Your mission: Build and scale Inflektion’s marketing engine. Create the systems that generate predictable, qualified pipeline and make us the category-defining name in partnership marketing. We’re all-in on partnership marketing, and we grow the way we ask our brands to grow: through partners who already have trusted audiences, like creators, podcasters, and KOLs, rather than renting attention through Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads. This role is about architecting the systems, building/scaling the channels, and creating the content that turn strangers into qualified buyers, and turn Inflektion into a recognized name in the category, amongst the billion dollar competitors out there.

Requirements

  • A track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing
  • Experience owning and allocating a marketing budget across channels
  • The ability to design systems that scale lead generation and brand authority
  • Experience operating in fast moving startup environments
  • Clear, structured communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to operate independently and move ideas into execution quickly
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO (and the monitoring tools), and affiliate programs
  • Experience building referral programs and constructing partnership deals and compensation structures
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, strategy development, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own and allocate the total marketing budget across channels, with full accountability for return on every dollar.
  • Devise the channels and methodologies required to scale lead generation now that product and operations are in place.
  • Translate growth goals into clear KPIs for pipeline volume, lead quality, and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Build the inbound and outbound systems that generate qualified leads at scale.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team on lead quality, qualification, and handoff.
  • Stand up the marketing operations stack (attribution, reporting, routing) so every channel’s ROI is visible.
  • Build and scale partnerships across different channels: social influencers, podcasters, and KOLs alongside our existing conference and referral motions.
  • Spin up and expand our referral programs across both existing brands and affiliates.
  • Construct partnership deals and design the compensation structures that make partnership programs perform.
  • Revamp the website into a conversion engine that reflects the category we are defining.
  • Launch and manage content marketing: thought leadership (in collaboration with the CEO), signature points of view, and case studies that build authority.
  • Develop the brand voice and narrative that makes Inflektion the name buyers and the industry think of first.
  • Own SEO and AEO visibility, including the monitoring tools that track answer-engine presence.
  • Build Inflektion’s visibility inside LLMs: figure out exactly what it takes to make us the answer when buyers ask AI about partnership marketing technology.
  • Use AI and automation as core marketing infrastructure: content, personalization, lead enrichment, and reporting.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with scalable systems.
  • Pair strong copywriting with AI so the team ships high-quality marketing work fast, without scaling headcount or agency spend.
  • Continuously evolve the marketing stack as new AI tools and capabilities emerge.
  • Work closely with the CEO and co-founder to shape go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Sales on lead quality and conversion, and with Product and Operations on systems and forecasting.
  • Represent Inflektion externally as the face of our marketing and category narrative.
