About The Position

At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our growth engine — someone who is deeply data-driven, obsessed with measuring what works, and capable of building a marketing function from zero to one.

Requirements

  • You live in dashboards. You can tie every dollar spent to downstream revenue and make data-backed decisions on where to double down or cut
  • You have built marketing functions from scratch — from paid acquisition and SEO to brand and content — and you know how to prioritize when resources are limited
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally at high-growth startups in fintech, insurtech, or consumer marketplaces
  • Comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. You can pull your own data and build your own reports
  • You will be the first marketing hire. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are ready to build a team as we scale

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with lead generation marketplaces

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the marketing analytics stack — attribution, CAC optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization across all channels
  • Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels, with rigorous A/B testing and ROI tracking
  • Develop Truvo's brand voice and content strategy, creating compelling narratives that resonate with consumers shopping for insurance
  • Build a long-term organic growth engine through content marketing, SEO, and thought leadership
  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships and distribution channels to drive customer acquisition at scale
