About The Position

As Head of Marketing, you will lead Gap International’s global marketing strategy—uniting brand, demand generation, and go-to-market execution into a single, high-performing growth engine. This role is based on-site at our Philadelphia-area headquarters, where collaboration, shared purpose, and in-person connection are central to how we think, create, and deliver extraordinary results together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and execution in B2B or professional services environments.
  • Proven success in building integrated marketing programs that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong executive presence and experience partnering with senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Ability to live in or relocate to the Philadelphia metropolitan area to work on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global marketing strategy and execution, aligning brand positioning, digital engagement, and demand generation to advance enterprise growth objectives and market leadership.
  • Partner strategically with the C-team and executive team, shaping business direction through incisive market intelligence, customer insights, and growth-focused recommendations.
  • Drive marketing-led growth and revenue impact, orchestrating integrated campaigns that expand reach, strengthen the pipeline, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Elevate and evolve Gap International’s brand narrative, amplifying its distinct value and deepening resonance with CEOs, C-suites, and other executive decision-makers.
  • Design and implement sophisticated digital, content, and thought leadership strategies that expand the firm’s visibility, influence, and engagement across global markets.
  • Establish a data-driven marketing discipline, leveraging analytics, performance dashboards, and insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Champion client engagement and advocacy, activating success stories and relationships that reinforce loyalty, trust, and long-term partnership.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization, cultivating a culture of creativity, agility, and purpose-driven excellence.
