Reunion is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function as the company enters its next phase of growth. This role will be responsible for end-to-end marketing across multiple audiences and products, working directly with the founders and reporting to the CEO. The primary focus will be on converting corporate tax credit buyers, establishing credibility through research and thought leadership on complex technical subjects, and building a repeatable demand-generation machine. This is a player-coach role where the Head of Marketing will set strategy, produce high-leverage work, and lead a team that includes a Marketing Manager, in-house design and web support, and external agencies. The successful candidate will grow into an expert in the field and develop the marketing team as the company scales.
