About the position
The Head of Insights & Research at Bravado is responsible for analyzing proprietary insights gathered from 75,000+ sales teams and sharing them with the tech community. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry, strong writing skills to create compelling content, and a research-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate should also be creative, collaborative, and passionate about sales and go-to-market strategies. The deliverables include weekly emails, monthly reports and events, and quarterly in-person events. The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, with additional equity and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Analyze proprietary insights from Bravado's sales data and share them with the tech community
- Blend marketing, operations, product, and sales to fulfill cross-functional responsibilities
- Stay well-informed about the tech industry through podcasts, newsletters, and earnings calls
- Create compelling content by combining Bravado's proprietary data with industry trends
- Conduct research by analyzing data, building surveys, and exploring various topics
- Take ownership of end-to-end execution for conferences and events, including planning, coordination, and logistics
- Collaborate transparently and proactively with team members to ensure successful launches
- Deliver weekly emails, monthly insights and data reports, and organize digital and in-person events
- Prior experience in growth marketing, journalism, content creation, project management, or sales is beneficial
- Salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, with additional equity and benefits
