Head of Insights & Research

The Head of Insights & Research at Bravado will be responsible for analyzing proprietary data from the company's 75,000+ sales teams and sharing insights with the broader tech community. This cross-functional role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry, strong writing skills, research abilities, creativity, and collaboration skills. The deliverables include weekly emails, monthly reports and events, and quarterly in-person events. The ideal candidate may have experience in growth marketing, journalism, content creation, project management, or sales. The annual salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000, with generous equity and benefits.

• Analyze proprietary insights from 75,000+ sales teams using Bravado on a daily basis
• Share insights with the broader tech community through digestible and compelling content on social media
• Blend marketing, operations, product, and sales in a cross-functional role
• Stay up-to-date with the tech industry through podcasts, newsletters, and earnings calls
• Conduct research by crunching data, building surveys, and going deep down rabbit holes
• Handle end-to-end execution of projects, such as hosting conferences and events
• Collaborate transparently and proactively with other team members to ensure successful launches
• Passion for sales and go-to-market strategies
• Deliver weekly emails to sales leaders and founders, monthly insights and data reports, and quarterly in-person events
• Previous experience in growth marketing, journalism, content creation, project management, or sales is a plus.
