We’re looking for a sharp, early-stage growth leader to join Accord and add firepower to our pipeline engine as our Head of Growth. You’ll report directly to our VP of Marketing, Lenny, and own the strategy for driving high-intent demos and a multi-six-figure enterprise pipeline. You likely bring a few years of learnings and failures from scaling a startup, having managed six-figure budgets and navigated the $100k+ enterprise deals we’re tackling here. This isn’t a brand awareness role, it is a high-accountability growth position. You will sit at the intersection of pipeline strategy and performance moving beyond traditional paid ads to pioneer AI Engine Optimization (AEO). Your goal is to make sure that when anyone asks an LLM or a community like Reddit about sales excellence, Accord is the first name they see. You’ll join a fast-moving team to bridge the gap between Product and Sales, refining our unit economics as we scale.
