About The Position

Wonder Studios is an AI-native film studio redefining how stories are told. We partner with global brands, artists, and studios to create award winning campaigns, films, and experiences that merge cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology. Wonder brings together a studio, talent marketplace and global community of creative and AI-native filmmakers, pairing creatives and engineers from the start of each project to support ambitious storytelling and new production models. We’ve raised more than $15 million from elite investors including LocalGlobe, Atomico and Adobe as well as angels from the leading AI companies including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google DeepMind. We’re now a team of 35+ based around the world with offices in London, LA, NYC and SF.
As a global entertainment company built for the AI era, Wonder has a story worth telling at scale. This role exists to ensure that the story reaches the largest possible audience. We're looking for a growth leader who has built audiences that matter. You will own Wonder's growth strategy end-to-end, spanning audience growth, distribution, demand generation, community, content and marketing. You will be someone who combines analytical rigor with creative instinct and moves at the pace of a high-growth startup. The ideal background is someone who has scaled audiences, products, channels or communities from the ground up at a high-growth startup, media company, creator business or technology company. You understand how modern platforms work, how attention is earned, and how to turn content into sustainable growth. You will work directly with the founders to shape how Wonder grows, how new audiences discover us, and how we become the defining brand in AI-native entertainment.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, audience development or related functions within high-growth startups, media businesses or technology companies
• A proven track record of scaling audiences, channels, products, communities or brands from early stage to meaningful scale ideally in a tier 1 start up / scale up
• Expertise across growth loops, experimentation, attribution, conversion funnels, audience development and performance marketing
• Strong analytical instincts paired with strong creative judgement
• Experience building teams, growth systems, reporting frameworks and scalable processes
• You live at the intersection of tech, media, and culture and are passionate about how new ideas and products spread online
• Fluency with AI tools as a genuine force multiplier in your workflow. You are a tinkerer at heart who is curious to explore new formats that bridges ideas to influence

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and execution across all Wonder channels and platforms (e.g. Wonder TV, the Wonder App, YouTube, social, newsletter and future media properties)
• Identifying, owning and executing strategic growth opportunities and distribution partnerships
• Building and leading Wonder's growth team, including social growth, comms, marketing and PR functions
• Leading major launches, campaigns and activations with a focus on measurable business outcomes
