About The Position

BM Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm powered by Meteoric AI, our proprietary influencer and paid media intelligence platform. We manage over 80,000 creator partnerships monthly, oversee $500M+ in annual media spend across Meta and TikTok, and work exclusively with high-growth consumer brands. We are seeking a Head of Growth with extensive experience in aggressive paid media scaling, particularly with Meta platforms. The ideal candidate understands how Meta's algorithm responds to creative velocity, cost control, audience structure, and budget scaling, and can translate this into sustainable growth for DTC clients. This role involves owning growth strategy for a portfolio of clients, leading a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists, and serving as the senior client-facing expert for scaling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day, with the ability to detail the process, challenges, and solutions.
  • 6–10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with significant experience managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Deep structural understanding of Meta's algorithm, including creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture for efficient large-scale spending.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions quickly and take accountability for outcomes.
  • Clear, direct communication skills with clients, leadership, and team members, especially when delivering difficult news.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively and efficiently scale Meta ad spend to six figures per day when unit economics support it, distinguishing between data-driven scaling and client-requested scaling.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, prioritizing spend allocation and margin protection.
  • Diagnose performance issues at the creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout level and determine the optimal order for fixes.
  • Lead creative strategy in collaboration with the creative team, understanding that creative is a primary lever at scale and having a strong point of view on winning concepts.
  • Manage senior client relationships with high-growth DTC brands, including presenting reset strategies, defending scaling decisions with data, and balancing short-term efficiency with long-term growth.
  • Develop and mentor junior analysts and strategists into strong, independent operators.
