About The Position

Vantheon is a research lab studying how AI will disrupt investing across economic classes. We believe the tools of wealth creation have been locked behind institutional walls for too long. We are here to change that. This role exists because before we can change how people build wealth, we have to reach them. That means finding our first users before we spend a dollar on paid acquisition, understanding exactly who they are and why they care, and building a growth engine that compounds over time. We are looking for someone who wants to own that problem for the long run - across launch, scale, and expansion into new asset classes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth, GTM, or consumer product, with at least one 0-to-1 experience
  • Deep familiarity with consumer fintech
  • The instinct to move scrappy and iterate fast, with the analytical foundation to know what the data is actually telling you
  • Experience defining ICP from scratch and translating it into channels, messaging, and acquisition
  • Clear, direct communicator who can turn insight into action
  • Someone who operates with urgency and ownership

Nice To Haves

  • You have been a founder or early operator at a consumer fintech or investing product
  • You personally invest in equities, crypto or both, and you have strong opinions about the experience
  • You are active in retail investing communities and understand what drives that culture
  • You enjoy engaging in local trading/investing, AI, engineering communities

Responsibilities

  • Own growth from zero - strategize and act
  • Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels for a consumer fintech product from scratch
  • Run fast, low-cost experiments across messaging, channels, and audiences - understand when something works and when it doesn’t and iterate quickly
  • Build the growth model and own what actually drives decisions
  • Engage in local Austin
  • Define who our early adopters actually are by doing deep research
  • Get into the communities, feeds, and forums where retail investors live and understand what drives them
  • Translate what you learn into targeting, messaging, and acquisition strategy
  • Partner with engineering to make sure the product experience reflects what we know about the customer
  • Iterate on pricing by talking to people - own it as a living discipline, not a model you build once
  • Design and test packaging and pricing tiers as the product and market evolve
  • Build the business cases that align the founding team on monetization decisions
  • Adapt pricing as we launch, scale, and expand into new asset classes
  • Stand up the RevOps infrastructure the business needs to operate - systems, data flows, and reporting cadences
  • Ensure pricing decisions are reflected accurately across all customer touch points
  • Build the feedback loops between customer data and growth and pricing strategy
