About the position
Northspyre is seeking a Head of Growth to join their team and oversee all aspects of digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of marketing experience in fast-growing venture-backed companies, with a track record of measurable success. They will be responsible for driving growth through customer acquisition, retention marketing, and brand awareness, while managing a team of 6 and working closely with the CEO. This role is critical in catalyzing growth for Northspyre's products and requires strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Build out and oversee all aspects of digital and traditional marketing channels
- Drive growth through customer acquisition, retention marketing, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with company leadership, finance, and other go-to-market functions
- Build, test, and measure marketing performance across various channels
- Manage a growing marketing team
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
- Optimize the funnel and all individual parts of the funnel
- Create and manage dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, creatives, engineers, analysts, and product managers
- Manage ads, email marketing, landing pages, and traditional marketing methods
- Think strategically and provide actionable recommendations for senior executives
- Have experience with real estate development, copywriting, content marketing, and digital advertising platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Have experience in traditional B2B marketing (events, collateral, etc.)
- Demonstrate a hungry and infectious personality

- BA/BS degree required
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience leveraging data-driven marketing

- Hands-on attitude towards daily management of marketing activities
- Optimization of the marketing funnel
- Strategic thinking and data-driven planning
- Real estate development experience (nice to have)
- Copywriting and content marketing experience (nice to have)
- Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads (nice to have)
- Experience in traditional B2B marketing (nice to have)
