About the job As Head of Global Sales & Marketing, you lead and scale our global sales organization, with marketing as a strategic enabler of sales success. You define and execute the global sales strategy across the Tool Flow Solutions software portfolio, customer segments, and routes to market, ensuring strong pipeline generation, disciplined execution, and predictable revenue outcomes. You report to the President of Tool Flow Solutions and are a member of the Management Team.
