About The Position

We are partnering with Idea Village to find their next high-impact, cross-brand role for a growth marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. You'll own the growth funnel from acquisition to retention, across a portfolio of health & wellness DTC brands, working closely with brand managers, creative teams, and leadership to hit aggressive revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC or e-commerce
  • Proven track record managing paid social (Meta Ads Manager) and paid search (Google Ads)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Health, wellness, beauty, or CPG industry experience a plus
  • Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to test next
  • Experience at a DTC brand accelerator, holding company, or agency managing multiple accounts
  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacks
  • Influencer or affiliate marketing experience
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing efficiency and content ideation

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google) campaigns across all 5 brands
  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution (Klaviyo or equivalent), including flows, segmentation, and campaign calendars
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, conversion levers, and retention tactics across the portfolio
  • Build dashboards and weekly performance reports; translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across brands, optimizing toward ROAS and CAC goals
