We're seeking a Head of Growth to get Novella in front of 30,000 independent insurance agencies and onto their desks as their go-to wholesale partner. This isn't a traditional marketing or business development role - it's a creative growth role. We need someone who can blend traditional channels like events, PPC, and industry conferences with scrappy, unconventional tactics that get eyeballs on Novella fast. The ideal candidate has gotten a financial product into the hands of tens of thousands of brokers before. You know what it takes to reach a fragmented, relationship-driven market at scale and you've done it by experimenting relentlessly, doubling down on what works, and killing what doesn't fast. You don't wait for permission or process. You move fast, try things, measure results, and iterate. This role is for someone who thinks like a founder. You'll have significant autonomy to build the growth engine from scratch. Some weeks that might mean running a targeted direct mail campaign; other weeks you're standing up a webinar series, testing a viral referral program, or figuring out how to get Novella mentioned in every insurance subreddit and Facebook group in the country. The only thing that matters is results.
