About The Position

UCB is building a permanent enterprise data capability to improve how data is understood, connected and applied to critical business decisions. The capability is intended to accelerate medicine development through trusted, reusable and interoperable data products that support AI. The Head of Data Domain Products will build and lead the enterprise portfolio of strategic data domains and manage a team of seven Data Domain Product Leads, whose expertise spans data and the business questions involved in the clinical pathway. The role sets strategic direction, establishes consistent ways of working, and guides priorities, investments, dependencies and trade-offs across the portfolio. In partnership with business, data and technology teams, the position ensures domain data products connect business meaning with trusted data and are governed, reusable and able to support business processes, analytics and AI-enabled use cases. The goal is aligned domain leadership, reusable enterprise data products and measurable value at scale.
