Head of Product

Clarify•Seattle, WA

About The Position

Clarify is building an AI-native CRM for modern go-to-market teams. The company has raised $22.5 million and has a team of approximately 27 people. Clarify has shipped its AI Rep, permissions, reporting, and integrations with HubSpot, Stripe, and Salesforce, with Signals launching in December. As Clarify's first Head of Product, you will report to the CEO and set product direction in partnership with the founders. You will determine who Clarify builds for, where it can win, and what it should not pursue; own the roadmap; establish the planning cadence with engineering and design; and build the product team. This is a hands-on leadership role involving weekly customer conversations, writing important specifications, and prototyping with AI. You will be accountable for product adoption and for improving retention and revenue.

Requirements

  • Product leadership experience at a B2B SaaS company at the Senior Director or VP level, running multiple product manager teams; ideally, experience as an early product leader through the Series A–C stage.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and leading product managers.
  • Experience shipping 0-to-1 products that customers rely on, with measurable product outcomes.
  • Experience setting product direction and bringing founders, engineering, and go-to-market teams along.
  • Technical ability to work deeply with engineers and direct AI-assisted prototyping.
  • Native use of AI for research, analysis, and building.
  • Ability to choose appropriate processes for the company's stage while remaining willing to do hands-on work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building sales, CRM, or go-to-market tools.
  • Experience as a founder or founding product manager.

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy and own the roadmap with the CEO and CTO, making tradeoffs explicit.
  • Build the product operating cadence with engineering squads and design, defining clear problems, scope, owners, dates, and shipped outcomes.
  • Own Tier 1 launches, including Signals, from scope through adoption and deliver on committed dates.
  • Own core product metrics, including weekly active usage and retention, and hold the roadmap accountable to them.
  • Hire and lead the product team, beginning with the first product managers, and partner closely with design.
  • Talk to customers every week and prototype ideas with AI before engineering commits time.
  • Explain the product direction in writing to the team and the board.

Benefits

  • Competitive stock options with standard four-year vesting and a one-year cliff.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage fully covered for the employee and 50% covered for dependents.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Flexible time off.
  • Generous parental leave.
  • Full-team offsites two to three times a year.
