Head of Product

dot.cards•Los Angeles, CA
•$220,000 - $260,000•Onsite

About The Position

dot.cards is building a platform for what happens after people connect in the real world. The company has sold more than 2.5 million devices and facilitated more than 100 million in-person connections. Its ecosystem includes connected hardware, consumer mobile and web experiences, subscriptions, and a platform for businesses. The next chapter is bringing these experiences together into a cohesive software platform that helps individuals and organizations turn real-world interactions into lasting value. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the Head of Product will own product strategy and direction across dot.cards. The role will shape the company’s vision with the founder and leadership team, identify valuable opportunities, and translate them into focused products and priorities. It combines company-level strategy with hands-on product work, including building and leading the product organization while staying close to customers, user flows, and product tradeoffs. The position calls for systems thinking across customer journeys, product capabilities, and business models, and the ability to build a platform in which each product strengthens the whole. The Head of Product will define the long-term direction and roadmap across the consumer platform, subscriptions, dot.teams, and connected product experiences; guide platform strategy and shared capabilities; and improve consumer experiences from purchase and activation through sharing, contact capture, and follow-up. The role will partner with Growth on onboarding, packaging, pricing, and experimentation; develop dot.teams workflows and integrations; discover and validate customer problems and new opportunities; and work with Design and Engineering to ship polished, reliable products. It will also hire and develop product talent, establish clear ownership and decision-making, partner with the CEO, and align teams around tradeoffs and measurable goals. This is a full-time, in-person role in Culver City, Los Angeles. The base salary is $220,000–$260,000 USD, plus a performance bonus. Meaningful equity is available for the right candidate.
